- Complete a HOPE Services intake.
- Request an invitation for the right scholarship category.
- Apply before April 30 (referrals close 3 business days early).
Applicants must be the spouse or caregiver of a post-9/11 service member or veteran who has a combat-related injury, and/or a 100% permanent and total VA disability rating, including Individual Unemployability (IU).*
