Who it's for
Unmarried military dependent children under 23 with a valid military ID, whose sponsor is active duty, Guard/Reserve, retired, or deceased. 3.0 GPA in high school, 2.5 in college.

- Transcript (3.0+ HS or 2.5+ college, unweighted)
- 500-word essay
